Order Shipping
Deliveries will only be made by the logistics operator on business days, from Monday to Friday.
The successful delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer, particularly the address.
Once the delivery is made to the customer by our logistics operator, Armazéns Marvanejo considers the order to be delivered.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to check if the products delivered are in good condition. If this is not the case, the customer must contact the Sales/Customer Support Team of Armazéns Marvanejo within 24 hours, via email at apoiocliente@marvanejo.pt.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to the order are billed per order. Thus, the customer can include more than one hamper in their order and will only pay shipping costs once, if applicable.
Armazéns Marvanejo informs consumers that deliveries will be quoted according to the destination and the order volume.
For orders over €60 (VAT included) to Mainland Portugal, we will find the most cost-effective shipping method for you. Our Customer Support team will contact you with the final shipping cost.
Delivery Timeframes
Armazéns Marvanejo calculates delivery times, considering only business days and after the order leaves our facilities. For Mainland Portugal, delivery takes between 5 and 7 days; for the Azores, Madeira, and the Iberian Peninsula, it takes between 5 to 9 days, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Armazéns Marvanejo.
The customer will not have any right to compensation in case of delay in the dispatch of items, considering the estimated delivery dates.
Order Slips, Invoices, and Receipts
The order confirmation, which contains the purchased products and the amount paid, has no accounting value, serving only as a document that proves the completion of the purchase. Invoices and receipts, with or without VAT number, are issued and later sent along with the order.
