Payment Methods
Payment terms and security guarantees
Security in transactions carried out
- All orders placed can be paid using the payment methods mentioned.
- If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they will be automatically redirected to a secure link where we will obtain payment authorization. As with any other payment by credit card, the following information will be requested: name of the cardholder, card number and expiration date. To ensure a secure shopping experience, we would like to remind you that you must enter the CVV (security code). Since the CVV is a code that is part of the card itself, any attempt at fraud is safely prevented;
- If the customer chooses to make the payment using a Multibanco Reference, Armazéns Marvanejo will only begin processing the order after receiving the amount in question. Therefore, we advise that this payment method be completed as soon as possible in order to receive your order as quickly as possible. If payment for the order has not been made within 24 hours of placing it, Armazéns Marvanejo will proceed to cancel the order;
- We advise that you make the payment using only the platforms suggested by Armazéns Marvanejo. If this is not the case, Armazéns Marvanejo is not responsible for the loss of the monetary amount paid, or for any damages that may arise as a result;
- If any questions arise during the process, please contact Customer Support via email apoiocliente@marvanejo.pt or via our chat.
