Shipping Policy

Shipping Orders
  • Order deliveries will only be made by the logistics operator on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • The correct delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the data provided by the customer, namely the address;
  • From the moment the order is delivered to the customer by our logistics operator, Os Armazéns Marvanejo considers that the order has been delivered;
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to check that the products delivered are in good condition. If this is not the case, contact the Marvanejo Warehouse Sales/Customer Support Team within 24 hours by email at apoiocliente@marvanejo.pt
  • For orders exceeding 5 baskets, please contact customer support.


Shipping costs
  • All shipping costs associated with the order are invoiced per order. Therefore, the customer can include more than one basket in their order and will only pay shipping costs once, if applicable;
  • Armazéns Marvanejo warns consumers that deliveries will be budgeted according to the destination and volume of the order.

Delivery times
  • Armazéns Marvanejo calculates delivery times considering only business days and after the order leaves our facilities. For Mainland Portugal, delivery takes between 5 and 7 days; for the Azores, Madeira, and Mainland Spain, it takes between 5 to 9 days, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Armazéns Marvanejo;
  • The customer will not have any right to compensation if there is a delay in the dispatch of the items, taking into account the estimated delivery dates of the order.

Order forms, invoices and receipts
  • The proof of order, which contains the products purchased as well as the amount paid, has no accounting value and only serves as a document proving the completion of the purchase. Invoices and receipts, with or without a tax identification number, are issued and subsequently sent together with the order;
